Danger Training exercise. # Summary of summaries Users liked: * Web editor UI (even technical persons might want to use it) * UX similar to Github (people are familiar with Github therefore it's easier for them to use our product) * We have general impression that interviewees liked our products and they have shown interest in it What confused users: * Initially, users where confused when PR is created, when changes are committed. * Users of small screens where having issues finding items in our UI (for instance navigating to the project) * Project and organization concepts where unclear to the users (meaning of this terms, it would be great to describe this concepts at the getting started guide at the beginning) * Users where confused with meaning of Realm and Reunite * Restarting and reloading WYSIWYG buttons # Top issues [Link](/top-issues) # Price for 3 users We've estimated pricing for 3 users as 181.5 USD / month (when paid for 1 year). Explanation: * We've selected `Enterprise` plan because we need RBAC features. * We need Reef because of scorecard * We need Revel because of styles and multi-product support * We need Realm in total # Purchase recommendations We recommend purchasing Realm product because at this price it's still cheaper than implementation of our own hosting for our documentation and maintaining whole CI/CD for it. Even if Redocly doesn't fix `Top issues` mentioned above, we still can be successful - we have hosting and CI/CD working for our documentation. # Experience review ## What made you smile? * Making training as another role, not regular user, but more like business person that makes purchase decision and has to review product values and pricing. ## What did you find confusing? * Some tasks where confusing for us. * Editor was slow and typing speed was limited. * On pricing page it's not clear that I can click on product name and change it.
